Cntrlall
An AI recruiting workspace shaped around sourcing, screening, outreach, and pipeline clarity. I designed and built it end to end to turn scattered recruiter work into a sharper operating system.

DEVARAJ AYYAPPANTECHNICAL RECRUITER, BUILDERAVAILABLE FOR WORK AI recruit engineers, product, and design talent end to end — combining recruiting craft with market research and AI workflows. I work with startups and hiring teams that move fast.
ASourcing, outreach, and pipelines treated as systems to be designed, measured, and improved — not inboxes to survive.
Outreach to signed offer: research, screening, loops, references, close. One person accountable for the whole thing.
AI handles the repetitive work; the conversations, judgment calls, and decisions stay human. That order never flips.

AI/MLPRODUCT DESIGNFULL-STACK0→1A business-signal product for tracking market movement: funding rounds, leadership changes, product launches, and company shifts that can inform smarter recruiting research.
SIGNALSAUTOMATIONRESEARCHBuilding recruiter-first products that combine AI workflows, market research, and clean product thinking: Cntrlall for recruiting operations, Knowledgeloop for business signals.
Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles. Custom outreach workflows and automated pipeline tracking.
Sourcing, screening, stakeholder management — and a growing obsession with fixing the process itself.
Finding the engineers who aren't on job boards — boolean, X-ray, market mapping, and AI-assisted pipelines that actually get replies.
Outreach to signed offer: screening, interview loops, references, and close — run end to end by one accountable person.
Claude and GPT wired into real workflows. The repetitive work disappears; judgment and relationships stay human.
When the right tool doesn't exist, I map the system, design the product, build the workflow, and ship the first version with discipline.
Most recruiting tools digitize the process. Almost none rethink it. When LLMs learned to read a profile the way a recruiter does — trajectory, context, what's between the lines — I stopped treating AI as a feature and started treating it as infrastructure. The question that drives me: if a system can run the repetitive 80% of my week, how much sharper does the human 20% get?
Boolean and X-ray searches get a second pass through LLM fit-scoring, so shortlists are ranked, not just long. Before a first call, a candidate brief is already generated — stack, career arc, likely motivations. Outreach is timed off live signals: funding rounds, leadership changes, product launches. Pipelines update themselves; I stopped babysitting trackers a long time ago. The mechanics are automated. The judgment never is.
When my prompt chains and scripts stopped scaling, I turned them into products. Cntrlall is the recruiter's operating system — intake to pipeline, with AI at every step that doesn't need a human. Knowledgeloop is the signal layer — it watches the market so outreach lands on timing and context instead of luck. AI won't replace recruiters. Recruiters who build with it are another story.
“Recruiting should feel personal, even when the system behind it is sophisticated.”
